Trauma, mental health challenges, stressful circumstances, and unhelpful coping responses can overwhelm us and distort our identity and purpose. My hope is to journey with you as you identify obstacles and grow in peace, hope, joy, and purpose.

Cindy Willms grew up on a farm in Southern Alberta and moved to Shaunavon in 2011 to teach at-risk youth. After 20 years of teaching, she decided to pursue her dream of becoming a Counsellor. Cindy loves small town life, spending time with family and friends, and the outdoors. In the summers, you can often find her camping, kayaking or travelling to see loved ones. In the colder seasons, she loves to read, play board games or watch shows like Survivor or the Great Canadian Baking Show. Cindy's faith and church family are an important part of her life and she is able to offer counselling from a Biblical perspective upon request.
